If there is a change in mobile number, you need to delete the existing number's device and add a new one for the new number.
Go to Users tab, hover over the user you wish to update and click View tab.
Under Devices, locate the existing number's device. Click more icon and then click Remove this device.
After the device is removed click Add a new device button.
Enter the new number and click Save button. Device for the new number is added.
