Another way to view and analyze your CDR is to apply filters by clicking on the Add filtersbutton at the top right of the Call Records page to reveal a calendar and several drop-down menus. You will be able to select a range of dates and time at call start, as well as some of the Call Records filters, such as call direction, call type, and whether this call was recorded. You can reset your filters by clicking on the reset button.

You can export your CDR as a CSV file by clicking on Download records at the top of the Call Records page. You may not want to download all your records if there are thousands of them. We recommend you apply search or filters before downloading your CDR.
