Company Outbound Call Permissions
Here are the default settings for the time periods when your company members are permitted to make outbound calls. You may choose different settings for landline domestic calls, mobile domestic calls , and international calls.
The settings default to the company Office Hours setting, but they may be customized here. The custom settings here will ONLY affect Outbound Call Permissions, and will not change the settings of any other EVOX function.
Edit your Company Outbound Call Permissions setting for each type of call. You can edit by clicking on the Edit button:
The company-wide settings here may be over- ridden by the individual User's settings under Users.
Outbound Call Permissions of user:
All Users default to the company settings, but they can be individually customized here.
