Group Ring for System
This is the global settings on how an inbound call to a Group is handled.
Edit your Company Group Ring settings by clicking on the corresponding Edit button:
1.Edit Busy Announcement to configure the audio announcement when an inbound call to a Group is not answered or if all Group members are busy. You can select the number of rings before the busy announcement starts playing in the dropdown menu. (Regardless of this setting, the Busy Announcement will play immediately if all members of the Group are on a call.) Group ring will resume after the announcement, and the announcement will be repeated after the same number of rings.

2.Edit Maximum hold time to configure how much time you want to keep an inbound call ringing when all Group members are busy. This allows you to terminate extremely long holding time for inbound calls. A goodbye announcement will be played before terminating the call. We recommend you to set the maximum wait time according to your own business case. Be aware that your customers could get annoyed by having their phone calls automatically hang up in a short time.

Create a Group
To create a Group, click on the Group button in the top right corner of the Group page. A right-side panel will slide out for you to input required information for the new Group.
The following window will be shown:
In order to create a Group, the only information you are required to fill out is the Group name. You can decide later on which User to add to the Group and how to configure the Group Ring feature.
Input Group info:
Add members to the Group:Click on the Add members button.
A dialog will pop up with a complete list of Us- ers. Select one or more members by checking the box on the left. You can also type in name or extension in the search box to locate a User you want to add. There is no limit on the number of members. Your selected members will be displayed on the right side of the dialog. After you finish the selection click on Save to confirm your member selection.
The selected members will then be added to the member card:
Configure Group Ring for users
After Groups are created, the Group Ring function can be enabled to allow all member User/extensions to share the responsibility of answering incoming calls directed to the Group by Dial Menu or Direct Dial. In order for the Group Ring feature to work, the Auto-attendant Dial Menu or Direct Dial Lines setup must first be completed accordingly.
Most of the settings for Group Ring are set on the System page. However, Voicemail receiver can be customized for individual groups:
Group Busy Response:
The Group Ring response settings will follow the company Group Ring Setting in the System section. By clicking the button, you may enable/disable the voicemail option and select the voicemail receiver (if voicemail is enabled) as shown below. Complete and save:
